a. Listing Artwork: Artists may submit their artwork for listing on Wasted Potentials Studio's platform. All submissions are subject to review and approval by Wasted Potentials Studio.

b.*Ownership Rights: Artists retain ownership rights to their artwork. By listing their artwork on Wasted Potentials Studio's platform, artists grant Wasted Potentials Studio the right to display and sell their artwork.

c. Pricing and Payment: Wasted Potentials Studio sets the prices for listed artwork based on market value and other relevant factors. Artists receive a percentage of the sale price as compensation.

4. Music Sales Policies:

a. Album Listings: Musicians may submit their music albums for listing on Wasted Potentials Studio's platform. All submissions are subject to review and approval by Wasted Potentials Studio.

b. Ownership Rights: Musicians retain ownership rights to their music albums. By listing their albums on Wasted Potentials Studio's platform, musicians grant Wasted Potentials Studio the right to distribute and sell their music.

c. Pricing and Royalties: Wasted Potentials Studio sets the prices for listed music albums based on market value and other relevant factors. Musicians receive a percentage of the sale price as royalties.

5. Privacy Policy:

a. Data Collection: Wasted Potentials Studio collects personal information from customers for the purpose of processing orders and providing customer support. This may include but is not limited to name, email address, shipping address, and payment information.
